What to include in your message

This information helps us recommend appropriate experiences and identify potential scheduling conflicts before you commit time to planning.

Partnership inquiries

We collaborate with educational institutions, conservation organizations, and Indigenous-led tourism initiatives. Partnership proposals should outline mutual objectives and anticipated outcomes rather than generic collaboration requests.

Media and research requests

Journalists and academic researchers seeking interviews or field access should provide context about their project timeline and publication plans. We prioritize requests that advance public understanding of ecological systems.

Why we operate from this location

Canmore sits at the intersection of three major ecosystems: montane valleys, subalpine forests, and alpine tundra. This concentration of ecological zones within accessible range makes it an ideal base for diverse expeditions.

The town's position along traditional Indigenous travel routes reflects centuries of understanding about strategic positioning. We benefit from that accumulated geographic knowledge.
